Our purpose is twofold: 1. To assist distressed property owners in parting with their burdensome property. 2. Offer solid deals on real estate to investors. We work with property owners that need to sell their house quickly in San Antonio for whatever reason including if they are behind on payments or taxes, facing foreclosure or bankruptcy, the house is a “fixer-upper” and the owner doesn’t want to pay for costly repairs, divorce, death of the owner, or the owner is moving out of town or state and they need to sell quickly. We also work with multi-family properties, land owners and commercial real estate.
